Barb,

I think this is an example of needing education by someone who knows enough 
o talk the language intelligently. Clint has no clue why this is important 
or how it might be done or anything else. He sounds like someone who just 
has the job of answering e-mails and stated facts. If approached correctly, 
they just might be glad to fix the issue if they realize that it means 
additional revenue. A lot of times, gentle guiding is what is needed.
