I will not be able to be at this meeting.  This is my fist notice of this meeting.  This e-mail does not say what time the meeting is or what number we are calling in on.   Did my name get left off of the teacher list somehow?  

I have another meeting this evening.  If I know what time to call, I might be able to call while heading to my other meeting.

There is a meeting tonight for the teachers only.  I and the board  need to 
hear from all the teachers that have taught in the past and are teaching  
now.       
 
There has been to much said on this list making statements on what has been 
 done and I am anxious to get all of this cleared up.
 
We have had a busy teaching schedule this week and I have been sick in  
bed.  If anyone wants a note from my doctor or copies of my medications or  how 
about listen to me while I amn taking a breathing treatment   I  will be 
happy to share this with you.  I am sorry I am sick and could not  move faster 
on this.  Until we hear from the teachers  we can not go  any where with 
this.  Laurie Porter is our first teacher that taught and  helped to develop 
the teaching opportunity and I tried setting a meeting up on  this weekend, 
but Laurie is not available.  I did not hear back from Laurie  until when the 
class started Wednesday evening and learned she would not be  available  
all this weekend.
 
There will be a board meeting scheduled in the near future  .   This will 
be open to all, but I cannot make a date for this next meeting until I  have 
received an updated list of paid members from our treasurer.  This  list 
will include members who have paid up until January 12,  2011.    We will 
address plans at that time for future  recordings.
  An adjgenda will be issued prior to that meeting.
