Need some further clarification here ...

It was agreed that what we currently do is way to casual.  To protect those 
concerned, it is best to have something in writing (electronic 
acknowledgement works for me).  As Donna hill had mentioned what is done in 
the performing artists division all is put into a contract.  that keeps it 
working for all concerned.  We agreed that it would be set in place some 
kind of agreement system on the web site. It was not left that things will 
just continue as "business as usual."

If you are negating these items than that does not work for me.  Please 
clarify further.
