As I said last night that these things can not be done in an   instant.  
That we will and can not just throw up something on the  website.  I did make 
that clear that we have to
get legal advise as that has been advised by the group there last  night.

It was agreed that what we  currently do is way to casual.  To protect

concerned, it is  best to have something in writing (electronic 
acknowledgement works for  me).  As Donna hill had mentioned what is done

the performing  artists division all is put into a contract.  that keeps it 
working  for all concerned.  We agreed that it would be set in place some 
kind  of agreement system on the web site. It was not left that things will 
just  continue as "business as usual."

If you are negating these items than  that does not work for me.  Please 
clarify  further.
