[Nfb-krafters-korner] Kitchener's Stitch How-To.

Kitchener is like sewing.  If you are to take a stitch off the
knitting needle you insert either knit or purlwise, slip stitch off
knitting needle and pull snuggly on the tail end of the yarn until it
tightenes the stitch.
I hate kitchener, not because its to difficult but because mine never
comes out cleanly.
