[Nfb-krafters-korner] making palm baskets

Now you got me thinking here.  Palm leaves, are they dried palm leaves  or 
like right off the tree?  If they are dried do you have to wet them like  
you do for reed baskets?  
 
Did you do it like the coil baskets?
