I would like to welcome all our members new and long time members of the  
list and of NFB Krafters Division.  We like to call this place Krafters  
Korner.  
 
Things have been quiet and now that folks have returned back from  
Convention in Florida I hope things will get more active.
 
Please do let us know if you went to Florida for Convention or if you went  
to any Conventions and tell us what your favorite part was.
 
I want to thank Terry for sharing the information about the NFB Krafters  
Division Membership Meeting and I had just learned about the results of the  
elections yesterday.
 
I want to welcome our new board member Cindy Zimmer, our returning board  
Member Linda Anderson and thank Ramona Walhof for taking over the secretary  
position for the remaining of the term.
 
July is almost half over already and summer is moving along.  I would  like 
to remind everyone  that you can renew or pay your membership for July  
2011 to July 2012 by PayPal at our website KraftersKorner.org and it is $10 for 
 the year or any part of the year.
 
 We were hoping to have Christmas in August classes, but due to folks  
having changes in their schedules many of the classes will be rescheduled in the 
 later months.
 
We are always looking for people to teach new classes or even repeats of  
old classes via telephone conference calling.  So please do contact me if  
you have an idea for a class or if you would like to teach a class that you 
have  done in the past.
 
We will be rescheduling the Origami class and I am waiting to hear back on  
a cable knit class.  Hopefully we will get them booked in for August.  
 
I want to extend a warm welcome to our new list members and ask you to  
please introduce yourself.  Let us know what state you call home and what  
crafts you like to do or would like to learn how to do.
