[Nfb-krafters-korner] Happy 4th of July weekend!

Hello everybody,

 

Dick here just wanting to wish you a wonderful Independence day weekend.
I'm aware that some of you will be attending your convention, and I hope you
have a great time.

 

Willy is now out of school.  Due to me working for myself, I can work around
his and my sister's schedule to have him whenever we want.  I've not had him
too much lately, but now that summer vacation has begun, we'll be doing
stuff, I'm sure.

I don't know what we'll do for the fourth of July.  He's not too into
fireworks, as he finds them loud and noisy, but we'll do something fun.

Oh, and remember, now that he's out of school and wanting to do more art
with me, I'm still waiting and excited to hear from you crafty folks about
some of your greatest, most fun, messiest, complete hands on, projects and
crafts. And, since I did the collage with him with me wearing a blindfold, I
thought I'd have fun doing more projects with him that way. So, for all of
the cool hands on ones, I'll probably wear a blindfold too.

In fact, while we were in my  garden, I cleared a little area and taught my
clean young nephew that people (kids) can actually have fun and play with
mud by making mud pies.  I know he's coming a long way because he didn't
really mind and gave it a try!  He had fun.

 

So, getting our hands into things and making art will be a lot more doable
now!  Yay!
