[Nfb-krafters-korner] FW: The new agreement?

I guess I am not sure about this with the next class that I am teaching either.  

I have gotten permission from the "owner" of the pattern to use it and teach it, but do not have rights to sell the information and I cannot give the NFB the right to do so either.

I have been asked for a copy of the new clause on the instructor's
agreements so I am pasting it here for all to see.

Classes will be recorded for dissemination to students that attend the
class. Recordings are provided by the National Federation of the Blind (NFB)
Krafters Division. At the end of class (all sessions for a given class), the
NFB Krafters Division retains a nonexclusive license to copy, distribute or
sell recordings in part or as a whole, including the use for promotional
purposes, without remuneration.
