[Nfb-krafters-korner] KK constitution and voting

Dixie 

I have a membership list that is dated February 2011.  I did not want  to 
find out later that I had missed anyone and I had spoken to Diane and she  
told me she would be at the meeting with the list.

She was not there as we know and I found out later she was having trouble  
with low blood sugars.  I totally understand since I have been a diabetic  
for over 50 years.
