Cindy,

Just to correct the minutes of meeting, I was the person who called for the
vote on tape recording, and I am waiting to see if follow up is done in a
proper manor, as I will be contacting NFB directly as OI, as a paid member
await ballot. Which was to be sent after Friday, May 13. Now I read it can
be sent out until a paid list of members can be obtained from our treasurer.
I am a president of NFB and I have a list of my members. And if my
treasurer, which I have never heard of, can not produce this list, she is in
violation of her office and because she in charge of treasury she may be
subject to others concerns of membership which we have right to ask about
matters of her office. I hopefully this ballot to be forth coming by May 20
in correct order, or I will be directing my questions to Maryland/.

Audrey,

The words "may be polled" does not indicate that every member has to be
contacted and vote.

Additionally, the ten days notice is for "Special meetings," we are not
conducting a meeting and that section was brought up specifically to make
sure that we give "no less" than ten days for voting to occur even though
that is not required. Also, "I" specifically placed a note asking the
membership to help us get the word out. If the membership is trying to
exclude someone, please do let me know and I will personally get in touch
with that person to make sure they vote if they so choose to use that right.
