Well, I don't know if I really understand the Russian Join but I have a 
question for fellow knitters.  I made a little change purse in my class at 
Braille Institute and I'd like to make a cell phone holder and maybe even a 
purse to match it.  I've been looking on web sites for patterns and I see a 
lot of felted ones.  I'm wondering if anyone knows whether or not the yarn 
always has to be wool or can it be other yarns?  Also, does a purse always 
have to be felted?  Maybe someone can help.  I hope so.

Also, off the knitting topic for a moment.  Thanks to you, Theresa and Joyce 
for a great discussion on safety pin beading last night.  I just signed up 
for the class but I may have to sit in on the first one but, I'll get it 
together.

Thank you Tonya.  Now I feel better that at least I know I am hooked  up to
it.  I have been fooling with this most of the affternoon.

Tomorrow I will read more of the directions on qwitter and see if I can
