Just wanted to share two things this morning with you.
First, I found a HOME for my treasure, my Macomber Loom. It is the cadillac of weaving looms, and mine was a large one with a 48 inch weaving space, and 6 harneses. I had to find a new home for it after losing my sight because I needed my weaving room for my tech stuff and made my weaving studio into my office and where I run everything from.

I wanted to find the perfect home for my loom - and I believe I did. I have gifted it to the Harmony Museum in Harmony, PA. They have the Weaver's House on the museum grounds there and the weavers there are so thrilled to get this loom. It is far beyond anything they have been using there - and they said they would be making it the centerpiece of their weaving program. I am thankful that my treasured loom has gone into the museum program so that it can be used and that others can learn to weave with it, too. Next week, I am doing a Christmas Market at the museum,. so I hope to go visit my loom and see her in her new home.
