When you say you made it on the large size KK loom what loom are you referring to?  How many pegs does the loom have?  I will re-send a document that describes what size loom to use on hats etc.  Maybe you did not use the largest loom after all.

I made a hat on the large size KK loom, using two strands of worsted weight yarn and the true knit stitch, adding a brim. Had my sister in law try it on today and she says it's too tight, she is small boned. Could it be something I did wrong?
