What I am talking about is in step 4.

Wrapping
The row away from you, usually your odd row, you will be wrapping counter clock wize.
The row closest to you, usually your even row, you will be wrapping clock wize.
Put the working yarn between the peg you want to wrap and the next peg, and then wrap around your peg.  your loop will be on the outside of the peg and any crossing of yarn, will be in the inner portion of the loom.
I need to check on how to turn.
