[Nfb-krafters-korner] suggestion for a cheaper way of doing it

Hi Terry,
You need to have java as a program on your pc to use the drawing program. I 
am not sure of the link to download it, but a simple search for "java 
download" should take you there. It is free. Just choose the program for the 
version of Windows or other operating system and/or browser you are using 
and install the program.
Then you need to go to the file with the jar extension and instruct windows 
to open the jar file with java.
I hope someone can explain it better than I just did off or on list. I just 
wanted to post here in case others were wondering about the type of file 
too.
If I wrote anything incorrect, please help?
