Amelia has had a person design a board that is made with a type of
rubber-like material that allows you to draw and the raised line is felt
from the top side, no flipping it over. I purchased one at convention for I
think it was $15.

(like me) a formerly sighted artist that was trying to figure out a way
create tactile art by literally drawing.
