[Nfb-krafters-korner] Cool Halloween Decoration

Hi Joyce and all,
I really like this idea for an easy craft, especially because it can be 
adapted for e.g. Christmas and used as puppets.
I would think one could either tape the straight light stick to the inside 
of the tube, or maybe if you turn it into a bracelet by pressing together 
the ends, you could wedge the round bracelet inside the tube?
I know my kids love these sticks or bracelets and it would be great to do a 
craft with them!
I think they are fairly safe, in general, although I'm not sure how safe 
they may be for the environment in the long run. That is an entirely 
different discussion, though.
One could also be creative with dressing up the paper towel tube, by adding 
clothes, funny faces, ears, hats, etc. to the creature you are creating, 
using paper, pipe cleaners, fabric, cotton wool, etc. etc.
