Hi Annette
 
I received your email from our sales rep, Diane, our doll patterns are
knitted. They are written out, not graphed.
They are a simple knit.  After you knit them you sew up the doll leaving an
opening to stuff them with the polyfil which is included in the kit.  Then
you put on the hair and or skirt with a crochet hook.  You felt it either in
the washing machine or by hand. Once it's dry you needlefelt the eyes. If
you want to you can embroider the eye or sew on felt or buttons.  They are
simple and fun.  Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you
