[Nfb-krafters-korner] pattern question

Hi, the pattern does sound very strange, in row 8 you are crocheting 2tog
and then in row 9 you have all these stitches to crochet but nowhere for
them to go. Beats me. the only thing I did notice is that there looks like a
typo in row 9 where it says in part 6sc, 2sc in next so, (that should
probably be sp) but I don't know if that is your typo or from the pattern.
