Just a heads up, all of the website is done on a  volunteer basis and old
classes are only moved once a month. This is  typically done within the 
first
or second week of the month, though I am  behind this month because of the
holidays in December and quite a few  classes needing to be posted right
away.

Unless there is ever a way  to automate the removal AND file clean-up for 
old
classes, they will never  be removed immediately upon ending. Also, classes
are removed from the list  based on the last class date NOT the first class
date so students have  access to any information about the class until it 
has
ended.

I hope  this clarifies the process a little for everyone.
