Nice to hear of his progress I kind of think of him as our mascot for KK as
we have been able to hear of the things he has handled. As for the tubes,
make lemonaid and find a use for them like Edward Scissorhands. Just a
little laugh, have to think about that a bit. Keep up getting better.

Well, thank you Terry. Sometimes I think my posts are nothing but
complaining.

Dan is doing pretty good. He is all wired up. He has his oxygen hose which
has been a staple for over ten years and a wound vacuum that is always
getting tangle with the oxygen hoses. Tomorrow he has to get another picc
line put in. They took the other one out before checking for the infection.
Now that it is full blown again he has to get the picc line again and then
three weeks of i v antibiotics. Sure glad I learned how to do that.

But really, he is feeling a lot better. Last Friday he drove himself to the
wound clinic. It was the first time he drove in three months. But I think it
made him feel like there is hope.

This group makes me feel like I have friends over every day. I love reading
the posts. So, everyone, keep writing.
