Hi Meg,

Assuming you have your pegs wrapped and ready to go.
Place working yarn in front of peg and underneath existing loop.
Pull existing loop away from the peg so you can reach your looming tool down
between the peg and the loop, and hook the yarn to bring it up to the top of
the peg.
Let go of the first loop already on the peg and grasp the new loop you have
pulled up on your hook.
Pull the current loop on the peg off and replace it with the new loop in
your hand. The first loop will fall into the center.
