My husband tells a story about his little grandma.  When he was twelve she
shyly told him she had a present for him.  He asked what it was.  She said
pajamas. She pulled out a little package, that puzzled him.  She indeed
crocheted him pajamas for his maleness.  She shyly said look it has racing
stripes.  He was horribly embarrassed. He still has them to this day.  He
treasures them from his very special grandma.
