[Nfb-krafters-korner] OT: Measuring liquids

Barb,

For the leaking, we happen to have a sink in our laundry room so we sit on
the side with the spicket hanging over the sink. Before this laundry room,
we had it on a cabinet and kept a paper towel folded under it. To use the
spicket, we moved the paper towel and slid the container to the edge of the
cabinet to fill the cap. The spicket didn't have a continuous drip so you
could easily do this. The drip showed up after it had been sitting for a
while and when you have filled your cap, you wipe off the bottom of the
spicket.
