We have a lot of classes and need to rotate in order for folks to properly  
sign up for a class.  I have 7 class phone numbers and especially this time 
 of year getting new folks signing up for classes and new membership lists 
being  updated it is necessary.
 
If we had the same few numbers or like in the past folks could just pop in  
the few classes to check which one the class was in, there would be no 
reason to  sign up for a class or pay membership dues.

May I request that when the instructors send out  the phone number and 
access
code they also confirm the time and date of the  class.  There have been a
few time confusions lately with classes and  it would be best if everyone 
had
the same information to refer  to.

It used to be easier when there was only one phone number and we  just had 
to
peek into any of the several rooms to see if the class was  going on.  When
there are so many numbers and access codes it is  impossible to find a class
if the information is  skewed.

There will be another edging class scheduled for Tuesday  June 19th.   
There 
seems to have been confusion regarding this  class.  The starting time  is 
8:30 PM Eastern, 7:30 PM Central,  6:30 PM Mountain,5:30 PM   Pacific.  
Even 
if you show up  late it is OK as you will get the recording  for the entire 
 
class.
