[Nfb-krafters-korner] strange tool

Becky,
Sounds like a punch hook needle.  Instead of doing latch hook with cut 
pieces of yarn, you thread your yarn through this needle and punch the point 
through a piece of fabric.  It creates loops on the right side rather than 
the "shag" effect of latch hook.  Does that sound familiar?
