[Nfb-krafters-korner] Punch Hook Rug Making

I want to learn to do this type of rug making. Can anyone teach it? My aunt
used to do this and they are beautiful and more formal than shaggy latch
hooked rugs.

Becky,
Sounds like a punch hook needle.  Instead of doing latch hook with cut
pieces of yarn, you thread your yarn through this needle and punch the point
through a piece of fabric.  It creates loops on the right side rather than
the "shag" effect of latch hook.  Does that sound familiar?
