Sure wish I had thought of the trial method before.  We used this method on another scarf, but it still had a small problem, we think.  It was done on the knifty knitter loom, so I do not know what went wrong.  What ever, Tonya and I are going to get to the bottem of it, this time!

Terry,  This just hurts me reading about it!  Bless your heart.  And, you're right--a small swatch is always good in looming as well as knitting to get the feel of a certain cast off or whatever to truly get that down before a project is ruined.
