[Nfb-krafters-korner] membership in NFB Krafters

Hi all,

 

I purchased a new membership today! There are two ways to purchase a
membership, both options can be found on the Krafter's korner webpage using
the membership link. 

 

One way is to send a check to the treasurer of the chapter, (her info is on
the page) and another way is to pay online using paypal. Last year I sent a
check, but this year I decided to try the paypal option. I do not have an
account with paypal, but I was glad to see that this was not a problem
because there is an option to pay by credit card. So I did that. it was not
the easiest form to fill out at least on the first page, because paypal is
hoping you will get their credit card. That process is complicated with all
kinds of things to fill in, and since I did not want their card, I had to
arrow through all sorts of stuff. On the entire first screen all I needed to
check was whether I wanted to use my credit card and check that I agreed
with their policies. On the next page it was like a normal credit card
purchase with the credit card info and address and so on.  All went well and
I now have a new membership through July 2013. o yes, speaking of the date,
that reminds me that somewhere I saw it say that the membership was for
2011-2012,but I think that was only because the text was not updated. Just
to let you know its there.

 

So enjoy signing up however you decide to do it. I am looking forward to the
coming year at krafter's korner.
