Check with the NFB store.  I had one when I was a kid.  I had a braille ruler, a braille protracter, a cumpus that made raised lines and the drawing device we are talking about for making raised lines.  It should be in their math section, I would think.

I am thinking it is used for sewing.  It was something used to mark fabric.  I think we used carbon paper.  I don't remember exactly and  it was going back.
