[Nfb-krafters-korner] Question about loom knit

Terrence is correct and I got it figured out and project all done, hehe cute 
lil thang too.
I'm not sure why she called it a gathered bind off, it's more of a flat 
panel bind off, I guess it could be considered a flat panel gather? where 
you want the bottom edge to be narrower than the top edge?
