Hi Ramona,
I think a lot depends on how long the user of the iPhone has had it.  
Also, Braille displays can be hooked up with the iPhone to provide  
Braille input and output. In fact, before I accidentally killed my  
RefreshaBraille, people often would think that *That* was the  
"computer", because my iPhone was in my pocket or, in some cases,  
halfway across the room. '-)
