Yes, the boarder would be the least amoun t of yarn. The boarder is 4 full 
119 pegs on top & bottom of the heart & total of
24 pegs across each row. I was going to  do each a solid color & change. But 
I like Terry;s idea about doing multiple colors.

So the borders will take the least amount of yarn right?
I'm getting ready to submit an order for my yarn and trying to figure out 
how much of each color to get.
I'm going with a pine green, with fisherman white heart and a crimson/white 
border.
Or maybe I'm not envisioning this correctly?
