[Nfb-krafters-korner] OT prayers please!

Hello all. I am sorry for missing out on class yesterday.

 

I am dealing with a stupid landlord who didn't give us notice properly for
moving out and also, we have till the 20th to move in to another place.

I found all this out on Tuesday of this week.

 

I have been calling like crazy for the last two days for places and nothing
available yet.

 

I have a couple of applications for section 8 apts but the waiting list is
or probably tremendously long.

 

I am waiting for the Disability rights people to call me back. My Rehab
Counselor told me about this service where I could possibly could get legal
action free.

 

Plus, I called legal aid about this matter but I have nothing from the
Landlord that is a proper notice saying when he wants me out.

 

We live in a building that is illegal to inhabit. Didn't know that when I
moved in here and he knew something was wrong with the building when ne
bought it.

Saying he was sorry and all and will give my rent back.

 

I am not happy about all this and I am really having a difficult time
getting some help here.

 

Just a basketcase when I get up in the morning.

 

Anyway, sorry for spilling this on everyone.

 

Wanted to talk about this for a couple of days and trying to stay busy
knitting. I started a slipper pattern I found but started to make mistakes
with the decrease rwos so need to rip out and start over again.
