Hi yarn lovers,

 

Well, it looks like if I spend the cost of a stamp and envelope I can get my
yarn replaced. Here is the reply I received.

 

 

Dear Ms. Flesher, 

 

 

Thank you for choosing Lion Brand Yarn Company. We apologize for the
experience you had with our Jiffy Thick & Quick  yarn. We value our
customers and make every effort to provide the best product we possibly can.
Occasionally, there may be some unfortunate discrepancies within the yarn. 

 

 

In those rare instances when customers are not satisfied with their yarn, it
is our usual practice to replace the yarn, either with the same yarn or an
equivalent dollar amount of another Lion Brand product. Unfortunately,
however we cannot match dye lots. 

 

 

In order to enable us to look into what might have happened, we would ask
you to send us a note describing your experience, or print out your email
correspondence and include the labels from the yarn involved. Samples
showing what you describe would also be helpful, and/or a picture. Below is
