[Nfb-krafters-korner] Tomatoes

sounds so good. I think maybe eggplant would be good like this, too?  Sounds 
like it could work for eggplant.
My mom and dad always made fried tomatos from tomatos raised in dad's summer 
gardens. I do not know if I ever ate one though.
