[Nfb-krafters-korner] Diagnosis please

I understand what you ladies are talking about and, yes, I think it is from
the knitting. Here are a few suggestions that help me

Try relaxing your grip a little. Avoid knitting with a death crip.
Also, like Barb said, try some of those comfort gloves. My crafting store
sells them in the yarn aisle.
Also, if you knit for long periods, say in the evening during movie night
or something, try reminding yourself to stop every one in awhile, just as
we should do with any kind of work, Get up to get a drink, pet the dog, or
just set the needles down for a minute and gently flex and massage your
fingers. This might help your hands relax a little and not suffer from so
much repetitive motion.
