I don't think they are free.  The magazine is $30 per year.  I  did not 
peruse the entire sight, so there might be something free.  Go take  a look.

Go to the website and they  have  the information about the magazine  that 
you asked about  toward the bottom of that first part you get onto the 
website.

Then  they have a list of the products and books and other interesting 
things for  the blind.

found it while looking  at Horizons selection of  books.  I have not purchased 
any supplies  yet, but they seem to have good  prices.  The following is
