This link works fine. Everyone go to this link and put it in your  
favorites.
once on this page click on the link for August and there you  will find a 
form to fill out asking you what class you completed and who the  instructor 
was. I entered for the origami and the crocheted holiday dishcloth  class 
with no difficulty.
