Hi, J,

Welcome to the list. My name is Paulette. I, too, was in high school, but
that was a long time ago. However, I was doing crafts then and I still love
to do them. I enjoy knitting, crocheting and I just fell in love with safety
pin beading, which I learned from a class on this list. You probably already
know this, but you have to pay $10 a year in order to take classes, which
are included in that year fee.

I don't know how to crochet left handed, but I hope there is someone on this
list who does. I hope to see you in a class.

Hello,

I am a blind high school student in Ohio. I joined this list because I am
always looking for new crafts and things to try. I have been looking at the
web site and have been impressed at what this organization does. 

I was curious about a couple of things. First, are there any other students
on this list? If so, what crafts do you do?

Also, I have really wanted to crochet, but I have not found a teacher who
has been able to teach me. I am left handed, so I think that makes a
difference. I was wondering if any of you knew of any good online resources
or of anyone who knew how to teach this? 

Also, I am curious as to what crafts any of you like to do and how I can
learn them-I'm always willing to learn.
