Hi Lily,
It sounds like you are doing quite well on your crocheting. you know more
than the basics since you already know how to do the double, half double and
treble stitches.  now you might try making baby blankets throws and scarves
as for a new skill to learn, how about learning to make shapes such as round
and hexagonal and the like. or perhaps you'd like to learn granny squares.
