Do you have a favorite glue?

Do you have directions for a square or rectangle braid that you can email me
as I may go ahead and buy a loom for that. What do you make with the square
or rectangle loom

The square plate braid is not quite as easy as the 8-strand round disc braid
but it is not difficult. I had it mastered well before the first braid was
finished. A friend bought the plate from either Michaels or Wal-Mart for
around $5 and we watched a video to figure it out. If you get a plate, let
me know. You'll see it's easy peasy.

As for the end caps and clasps, I'm still deciding which strategy I want to
use as I have to make so many. Different sizes and styles of end caps are
needed depending on the cord and type of braid, and I want to mix it up. I
think I like the flat braids best.

Don't be discouraged by the glue. It just takes a few little tricks and a
bit of practice. All the glue work will be hidden in the cord ends but
jewelry glue does dry clear.
