[Nfb-krafters-korner] Loom scrunchy question

Valorie,

If you do the ten rows that I do, it makes a pretty thick scrunchy.
It's about an inch or so. If you want a thinner scrunchy, you can just
decrease the number of rows you do. I fyou follow the instructions,
the ponytail holder is going to go on the insde of the loom, on top of
the knitted fabrc. You then pull the fabric through the scrunchy
andput the loops back on the loom.
