[Nfb-krafters-korner] Loom scrunchy question

Valerie,
It is basically a cover for a plain ponytail holder. The size of it, well,  it fits on my wrist
after I stretch it enough to get over my hand. this size worked well when making the scrunchy on
the 24 peg loom. The knitted cover makes the elastic a bit thicker, but not a whole lot.
