[Nfb-krafters-korner] Question about worsted weight yarn

Hi all,

I have a question about yarn specifications. I recently bought a
couple skeins of Red Heart shimmer yarn for a scarf; on the website,
it said that it was a medium worsted weight yarn. When I got it
however, it was a lot thinner than the worsted weight that I was used
to. When I think of worsted weight, I think of yarns like super saver
or something similar. This yarn feels more like dk weight or sport. Am
I missing something here or is it a mislabel? I did some research on
other websites too and they also specify it as a "medium worsted
weight." Does the medium mean anything? I'm just super confused at the
moment.
