hello and good evening .

 I recall that there are two ways to do the knit stitch
 the second one was called the you stitch
 could someone explain that stitch step by step please?

 is it a little bit looser?
 I am doing baby hats and I'm finding it a little bit harder to use the
other one
 harder meaning it's slowing me down.
