[Nfb-krafters-korner] Nfb-krafters-korner Digest, Vol 85, Issue 26

I've been a major tea-freak since the age of 14, and find that I have to get up and walk around every couple hours or so to satisfy that craving--and, on the way to Keurigging, may get distracted by a sink full of dirty dishes, so get plenty of motion out of that, as well; or, I might just go upstairs to scan a book or some mail, or do laundry, check snail mail, whatever. I really like the concept of incorporating natural exercise into your day--programmed exercise, I find unbearably boring and lacking in fun! Then, there are the times I accidentally drop my crochet hook--every once in a great, great while; that forces me to bend from the waist, even as I'm still seated on the couch, and to reach with an extended arm/hand, so that works out, too. Happy stretching, whatever strategy you decide on!
