My wife does all kinds of sewing and stiching.  Lately she has been doing
quilting.  I'll ask her to join, she is good at giving helpful descriptions.
Our last child is in college and we have an eleven year old boy who has
practically moved in with us.  They are helpful most of the time.  I have
had no vision for 26 years.

Great!  I have a husband with low vision, but he does quite well.  He
doesn't drive, but does most other things.  I also have 3 children, John 16,
Lucas 9, and Olivia 3.5.  They are a lot of help as well.  Does your wife
enjoy crafting also? We would love to have her join us as well.  We have
some sighted members who are great to offer a visual description of
something that we might have difficulty understanding like from youtube.  It
is awesome to craft together!

Oh, no.  She is sighted and helps me with transportation as well as reading 
mail and most anything else that I need.  She is also a welcome companion. 
She said she will thread the loom if I need her to.
