[Nfb-krafters-korner] E-cookbooks and knitting

I believe that a 2-finger swipe down will cause Voice Over to start reading
from where ever its focus is.  A 2-finger swipe up will tell Voice Over to
start reading from the top of the screen.  Of course, this can be different
in some Apps.

HI to go to the next page do a 3 finger swipe from right to left and left to
right to go back.  also if you do a 2 finger flick down voice over should
read continuously.
